Upon successful processing of your order, you will receive an email with an attachment of your gift codes as a comma separated value (CSV) file that will open in a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel. Please allow 48 business hours for your order to be processed.

A: The file is a comma separated value (CSV) file that will normally open in a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel.

A: CSV file will contain the following fields: Sequence number: the row number for each gift card in the file. Claim code: the gift card information that customers enter on our website to redeem the gift card. Denomination: amount the gift card is worth.

A: Once your bulk gift code purchase is processed, we'll send you an email with your CSV file.
